Annual General Meeting of Country Veteran Golfers Association of W.A. Inc. at Capel; G.C., Tues. Dec 13 at 9 am.
Nominations due 7 days prior to events which will be shotgun Starts. Event registrations close 9am sharp at Host Club.
Nominations may only be made through Club Delegates. Host clubs will decline to accept or start personal or late nominations.
** These Clubs have two events, however members may nominate for only one fixture at each club, or if more convenient for either event and club delegate will then balance the field before submitting nominations to host Club delegate.
Apologies must be advised to Host Club/Delegate by no later than 8.30 on day of event. Substitute players are not allowed except for host club members who have stood aside. Non starters without apology may be excluded from next 3 events.
Comp. Fee $15.00 incl. refreshments. Annual Subs. $10. plus one initial $5. Nomination fee.
Annual Subscription must be paid by 1st. February 2011 or penalty payment will be applied.
